Bound in Cabo by Dana Isaly (Nick and Holly Book 3)

Book Review

Title: Bound in Cabo by Dana Isaly (Nick and Holly Book 3)

Genre: Erotic, Romance

Rating: 5 Stars

Bound in Cabo is my favourite of this series so far as it was the perfect balance between smutty and adorable. Seeing Nick and Holly relax away from the stresses and worries of regular life was amazing and the smutty scenes didn’t venture into the overly kinky territory rather Isaly choose to stick to what works and does it really well. Nick was cutely nervous the entire time since he knows he is going to propose and seeing his thoughts during these moments were cute and shows that you don’t lose those emotions and experiences if you get older.

The actual holiday was amazing as we see how much Nick and Holly care for each other. We see Holly letting go of her insecurities because Nick has made her feel beautiful and she adores him for that and we get to see how Nick pays attention to the smallest details about Holly and adjusts things he does in order to make her happy. The ending where we get to see Nick and Holly with Nick’s children was amazing although I would have liked to have seen the initial meeting between them and Charlotte is so cute in her enthusiasm about the upcoming wedding and wanting to play a huge role in it which is a relief for Holly and Nick is delighted to see his children getting on with his future wife. They also end up discussing the possibility of having children and its adorable since Holly is afraid of being pregnant and the experience but Nick calmly steps in and explains that it is her decision and he is fine with whatever she chooses and if she changes her mind later and they can’t have children naturally then they can adopt which was refreshing for me since most smutty novels that include pregnancy it is always a shock and is used to cause tension between the couple and I can’t wait to see the conclusion of the series.
