In Young Adult Fantasy & Science Fiction the winner was The Queen of Nothing by Holly Black and along with the runner up A Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes by Suzanne Collins I have no interest in reading. I did attempt to read ABOSAS this year and DNF’d it at 50%. However, I will be reading Chain of Gold (The Last Hours, #1) by Cassandra Clare, Midnight Sun (Twilight, #5) by Stephenie Meyer, Children of Virtue and Vengeance (Legacy of Orïsha, #2) by Tomi Adeyemi, Starsight (Skyward, #2) by Brandon Sanderson, Girl, Serpent, Thorn by Melissa Bashardoust, The Kingdom of Back by Marie Lu, These Violent Delights (These Violent Delights, #1) by Chloe Gong, Aurora Burning (The Aurora Cycle, #2) by Amie Kaufman and The Shadows Between Us by Tricia Levenseller.

I also won’t be reading anything in Middle Grade & Children’s or Picture Books.

My TBR for 2021 just from this challenge stands at 46 books which have a combined total of 20,712 pages. I also have quite a few books that are a part of a series and in the case of most of them I either haven’t started the series or I am not caught up with it so those books will also be added to my TBR along with all the books I need to read for blog tours and other things like that.

If you know of any books published this year that I should read, drop them in the comments.
